Data Deletion Instructions

1. What data does ORA Candle store?

When you connect your Facebook account to PostAI (our social media management tool), we store the following data:

• Facebook Page name, Page ID, and Page profile picture URL
• Facebook Page access token (used to publish posts on your behalf)
• Posts created through PostAI (content, images, scheduled time)
• Your display name and ORA account username

We do NOT store: your Facebook password, personal messages, friend list, or any personal data of your Page followers.

2. How to disconnect Facebook and delete your data

Option A: Disconnect from within PostAI

1. Log in to PostAI at https://www.ora-candle.com/vi/admin/facebook-autoposter
2. Go to the "Account" tab
3. Click the "Disconnect Facebook" button (red button)
4. Confirm the disconnection in the popup dialog

This will immediately remove your Facebook access token and disconnect all linked Pages. Pending scheduled posts will not be published.

Option B: Request complete data deletion via email

To request complete deletion of all your data, send an email to:

ora.candle.shop@gmail.com

Please include in your email:

• Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
• Your ORA account username
• The Facebook Page name(s) you connected

We will process your request and delete all associated data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

3. Remove ORA Candle from Facebook

You can also revoke our access directly from Facebook:

1. Go to Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites
2. Find "Ora Candle" in the list of active apps
3. Click "Remove" to revoke all permissions
